Plastic People

We had a little bit of rain over the weekend.  It wasn't bad and didn't really affect the weekend, but...the plastic did come out.  Some people were wearing trash bags that they pulled out of garbage cans, but most people had ponchos of some sort.  Not a single umbrella was allowed in the venue, and in fact, the last day the wouldn't even allow bubbles or glow sticks.  There were so many women in rain boots too! At first, we were jealous at their forward thinking.  Then we thought better of it.  Rain boots are hot and sweaty, and mine rub my feet the wrong way.  Women were wearing boots/booties too.  Most of the time they were unzipped and rolled down, and that looked weird.  Sneakers and flip flops were my footwear of choice.
