The Fanny Pack is Back!!!
When I was young, I had a fanny pack. It was neon yellow or pink. Not only is neon making a comeback, but the fanny pack is back. And I am scared.
The turtle shell backpack was awesome. I loved this! On the right, this lovely neon dress was from the Girltalk concert. It was appropriate how much neon was at that concert. Note the stone washed denim fanny pack. It might be 1987.
